At Fliteboard™, we stand behind the engineering of our eFoils. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused equipment within 14 days of delivery in its original packaging.

Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your Fliteboard, eFoil, and battery in their original protective travel cases and shipping crates to ensure safe transit.
Scheduled Collection
Once your return is approved, we will coordinate a specialized courier service to collect the shipment from your location.
Inspection and Refund
Upon arrival at our service center, our technicians will inspect the hardware for any signs of use or damage before processing your full refund.
